Refund policy

  • DIBS Work Boots cannot take back any return, defect, or exchange without a sales receipt.
  • Any return after 30 days will be given in store credit only.
  • All determinations (including Final Sale) will be left to the manager's discretion.
  • COMFORT AND FIT ARE NOT DEFECTS. Worn items will not be returned or exchanged for comfort or fit issues. Wear any and all items in a clean environment, i.e. your house, to ensure proper fit and comfort.
  • All returns and exchanges will be pro-rated.
  • Clothing: Refunds/Exchanges will only be accepted on unworn, unwashed, ticketed merchandise.
  • All sales are FINAL on clearance items.
